Universal Studios Singapore

We had a wonderful and enjoyable moment at the Universal Studios Singapore last May 2010. I bought the tickets online (as advised by the official website) a week before the trip. As we entered the park, we were directed to the Guest Services counter to collect our $20 meal voucher and $20 retail voucher (each person received SGD5 meal voucher and SGD5 retail voucher).

We started our journey through the park by taking a few photos at the Hollywood Boulevard and later proceed to the Madagascar Land. The whole journey at the park ended at the New York Street where we enjoy the street show. During the street show, my daughter, Qistina was invited to dance along with the performers (she's the only participant from Malaysia while the rest are tourists from India and the Philippines).

There were long queue at most of the popular rides and during our visit, the longest we had to wait is only 40 minutes (I heard from a friend that during her recent visit, she had to queue for more than an hour for a ride). We had our lunch at The Oasis Spice Cafe in Ancient Egypt that serves Mediterranean, Indian and Malay cuisine (we utilised all our meal vouchers here).

A whole day spent at the park seems not enough but we had a blast at the park and went home with some souvenirs.
